Course Cancellation policy

1. Refund Policy for Cancellations by the Client 

1.1. Cancellations with 7 or more days’ notice: 

A full refund will be issued if the client provides written notice of cancellation at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. 

1.2. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice: 

- 3-6 days’ notice: 50% of the course fee will be refunded. 

- Less than 3 days’ notice: No refund will be issued. 

1.3. Failure to Attend: 

- Clients who fail to attend without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund. 

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Hennessy Health and Safety Consultancy 

2.1. In the unlikely event that Hennessy Health and Safety Consultancy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, clients will be offered the following options: 

- A full refund of the course fee. 

- The opportunity to transfer to an alternative course date at no additional cost. 

2.2. Hennessy Health and Safety Consultancy will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of cancellation or rescheduling (e.g., travel or accommodation costs). 

3. Course Transfers 

3.1. Clients may request to transfer their booking to an alternative course date, subject to the following conditions: 

- Transfer requests made with 7 or more days’ notice will incur no additional fee. 

- Transfer requests made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the original course fee. 

4. Payment Terms 

4.1. Payment for courses must be received in full prior to the course start date. 

4.2. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund. 

5. Force Majeure 

5.1. Hennessy Health and Safety Consultancy will not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule their course. 

6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 

6.1. Hennessy Health and Safety Consultancy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients as necessary.
