 How it Works

To enrol on the Health and Safety Awareness eLearning course, you have to attend it through CITB’s online eLearning platform.

On completion of your booking, we will email you a voucher that you can use to redeem and access the course on CITB’s online portal.

Once you have logged in, you can then work your way through the course units. You will also have access to a digital copy of the coursebook.

Your license is available for 12 months, and you can complete the course in your own time over this period.

To take the end of course exam online you must have access to a laptop or desktop computer, it cannot be taken on a mobile or tablet.

 Please Note: There is a £21 fee (payable to CITB) if you need to retake your exam
